GOURMET BURGER RECIPE FROM BARCELONA

We want to talk here about the gourmet burgers thanks to the American Restaurant Bernie’s Diner Grill & Burger Bar in Barcelona that offers us its recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

For two people:
250 gr. of ground beef
30 gr. duck mousse
1 shallot
10 gr. fresh chives
10 ml. brandy
1 egg
hamburger bread
1/2 truffle
1 tablespoon mustard
10 gr. flour
olive oil
salt
pepper
fresh tarragon
chopped parsley
For the garnish:
2 leaves of lettuce
1 tomato
2 pickles
2 slices of cheese
1 small bag of chips
paprika

For tempura:
30 gr. tempura flour
60 ml. beer
1 red onion

HOW TO MAKE IT

Chop the shallot, chives, truffle and tarragon and put them in a bowl. Add the truffle juice, minced meat and duck mousse, a splash of brandy, egg and mustard. Salt and pepper. Mix and let stand in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to incorporate all the flavors well.

Prepare the tempura mixing flour and beer. Cut the onion into rings, batter them in tempura and fry in hot oil. Reserve.

Grill on the barbecue burgers and toasted bread. Cut the tomato and thinly sliced ​​truffle.

Place between two pieces of bread, hamburger, a slice of cheese, some onion rings, slices of tomato, a leaf of lettuce, a few slices of truffle and a pickle. Secure with a skewer. Serve with fried potatoes sprinkled with paprika and serve.
