The Best Friend Surprise

He didn’t know I’d secretly contacted his best friend’s mom to invite his best friend to the water park with us.
He didn’t know that, while I was finishing up the AdventureCon conference, his best friend was being driven to the park.
He didn’t know that I was done at my conference, and that I was jetting over to the front of the park to meet his best friend, who was waiting with his mother to meet me.
He didn’t know that, while I was showing my annual pass to get entry into the water park, I was accompanying his best friend into the park, too.
He didn’t know that, when he climbed the stairs to the water slide to ride it all the way down with his little brother, that he’d be met with his best friend at the bottom.
