‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ Teaser Trailer & First Look Images

There has been an awakening.

From J.J. Abrams and Walt Disney Pictures comes “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.” A continuation of George Lucas’ saga set 30 years after the 1983 adventure, “Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi.”

The teaser trailer was released online earlier today, as well as to 30 movie theaters across North America. It will begin airing in theaters around the world in December.

Here are some first look images from the movie:

“Star Wars: The Force Awakens” stars Andy Serkis, Harrison Ford as Han Solo, and Carrie Fisher as Leia, and opens in theaters December 2015.
