Accidntl Irn Bru

I was in the mood for a really bright and slightly in-your-face kind of manicure, and decided to go bold! I picked one of my favourite brights: Barry M ~ Tangerine, and sponged on a gradient of beautifully blue Shimmer Polish ~ Sarah. I loved the fun result, and had to laugh when my boyfriend pointed out that I had totally painted my nails in the Irn Bru colours. For those of you who live outside of the UK (or even Scotland actually), Irn Bru (or “iron brew”) is a hugely popular soft drink that is vibrantly orange in colour, and exceptionally synthetic in taste.

And here is an image of the Irn Bru can – my boyfriend had a point!
