Tuna Nicoise Salad

Hosting a lunch? A Tuna Nicoise Salad is the perfect meal to serve. It’s very light yet packed with vitamins and protein, rich with color, and the name just sounds elegant! Enjoy!

Ingredients: (serves 1)

  • 1 cup of mixed green
  • 1/2 cup cooked string beans
  • 1/2 tomato sliced
  • 2.5 ounces of grilled tuna
  • 2 lemon wedges
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil & Balsamic vinegar

Directions: Fill your bowl with greens. Delicately place your string beans, tomato, and tuna on top. Add 2 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil, a sprinkle of salt & pepper. Garnish with lemon wedges.
