Cuddle Cat – Scrapbooking with SBW October Kit 2013

Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Ours was quite relaxed and therefore I have a layout for you that fit our state we were in at the weekend: cuddled up at home!

Isn’t Findus a cute cat? Yes he can be, if he wants to… I just don’t like it very early in the morning… lets say 5am? Oh well, it will get better in winter when it will be still dark at that time of the day!

For this layout I used some tissue paper behind the layers of patterend paper (Glitz Design – Wild & Free – Dreamcatcher and October Afternoon – Travel Girl – Directions) and used the stamp with the feathers (Glitz Design – Finnley – Tiny Roller Doodle Feather) on its border. A few stickers from My Mind’s Eye – Chalk Studio (sold out!), some strips of washi tape (my stash) and an very old layered paper sticker by My Mind’s Eye (I think this was one from the Stella & Rose Collection…). I also found some wood veneers in my drawer (Studio Calico – Here & There – Wood Veneers – Cats and feathers) which coordinate very well to the theme and colours of the page.

Hallo ihr Lieben – seid ihr schon wach? Es ist MONTAG – eine neue Woche beginnt und es ist schon FAST Oktober (der Monat mit den unendlich vielen Geburtstagen).
Unser Wochenende hat sich ein bisschen wie auf dem Layout angefuehlt: Wir haben uns zu Hause verschanzt und nicht viel unternommen. Das Wetter war auch nicht so prickelnd.

Fuer dieses Layout habe ich hinter die beiden Patterned Paper (Glitz Design – Wild & Free – Dreamcatcher and October Afternoon – Travel Girl – Directions) noch eine Lage Tissue Paper geklebt und auf dessen Rand noch die Federn gestempelt (Glitz Design – Finnley – Tiny Roller Doodle Feather). Ein paar Stickers von My Mind’s Eye – Chalk Studio (sold out!), ein paar Washi-Strips (aus meiner Washi-Box) und einen sehr, sehr alten gelayerten Sticker von My Mind’s Eye (ich glaube, das war mal von der Stella & Rose Collection…). Ausserdem habe ich noch Wood Veneers passend zum Thema und zu den Farben gefunden (Studio Calico – Here & There – Wood Veneers – Cats and feathers).
