Crocodile Smiles | Crochet Hat | Blue and Green

I kind of want to make it a challenge and ask what this hat reminds folks of. Little crocodile stitches with a pretty blue-green fabric make me smile, and this is probably the style that most random strangers will stop me to comment on.
