Kitchen Fun With My 3 Sons

St. Patrick's Day Leprechaun Fruit Snack

We made this fun Leprechaun Fruit Snack today & my boys loved this! I don't know what it is about St. Patrick's Day, but it's one of our favorite holidays to make fun food. Maybe it's all of the gold & rainbows that just make us all happy!:)
Leprechaun Fruit Snack
1 Green Apple 1 Clementine 1 Strawberry 2 Edible Candy Eyes 4 mini Heart Sprinkles Peanut Butter or Toothpicks
Start out by cutting the front off of the apple using a knife. Cut out a hat from that slice. Attach it on the top using half of a toothpick. Save your apple scraps to cut out a nose. We also cut a slice from a strawberry to make the mouth. Press on the edible eyes (they will stick). Everything should stick but you can also use peanut butter to secure. We cut clementine slices in half to make the beard. They should also stick, but break toothpicks in half to secure if needed. Press the heart sprinkles on the hat to make a shamrock.
