Kitchen Fun With My 3 Sons

St. Patrick's Day Reese's Pot of Gold Rainbow Pops

We came up with a fun & new way of making St. Patrick's Day pops & we are so excited to share these with you! These Reese's Pot of Gold Rainbow Pops are so easy & take just minutes to make! My boys thought they were so cool! Plus...this fun treat includes a Reese's at the end of the rainbow so any kid is going to absolutely love this! Would also be great for class parties at school.

Reese's Pot of Gold Rainbow Pops
Reese's Big Cups Airheads Xtreme Marshmallows (Jet-Puffed) Yellow Reese's Pieces Chocolate & White Cookie Icing (Betty Crocker) Lollipop Sticks & Decorative Straws
Start out by placing all of your ingredients on a work surface. You are going to cut the marshmallows in half using kitchen scissors. Attach 3 halves together using the white cookie icing. Cut a Airhead Xtreme in half. Place the Airhead Xtreme half on top & then add a little more icing on top of that. Then add another marshmallow half. Let that dry....

You will take a knife and make a hole just behind the center of the Reese's Cup on the bottom through the paper & on top. Pull the stick back out & then attach on the Reese's pieces using the chocolate cookie icing. let that completely dry. Then poke your lollipop stick back through leaving enough space on top for the Airhead half. Poke the top of the stick in the marshmallows. Now all you have to do is place the lollipop stick in a decorative stray. This will keep the Reese's peanut butter cup into place.
Here is a back side view...

The Airhead Xtreme Rainbow candy will hide the stick...isn't that awesome!:) Here is my 7 year old with his fun Reese's Pot of Gold Pop...
