Easter Bunny Quesadilla Dinner

We created this fun Easter Bunny Quesadilla Dinner & my boys loved it! Super easy to make as well!
Easter Bunny Quesadilla Dinner
4 Taco Sized Tortillas Black Beans Brown Rice Shredded Cheese Sour Cream
Cut 2 of the tortillas in half using kitchen scissors. Then take the two halves & cut around the edges forming ears. Fry in a pan or melt your quesadilla in the microwave filled with cheese, black beans, & brown rice. Place the cooked pieces on a plate. We put a little bit of sour cream in a baggie & snipped off the corner. We piped on the sour cream to decorate the ears & face. We also decorated with black beans.
The kids will love it!:)
