Owl Quesadilla

I got craft with my 4 year old for lunch today and we came up with this fun Owl Quesadilla! This is so simple to make & I am sure your kids will just love this as much as my little guy did.
Owl Quesadilla
2 Whole Wheat Tortillas Black Beans Shredded Cheese 1 Slice of Cheddar Cheese Tortilla Chips Sour Cream
Sprinkle your shredded cheese & black beans on one tortilla. Top with the other tortilla & grill or put in the microwave for 1 minute until cheese is melted. Place the quesadilla on a plate. We used sour cream for the eyes & black beans for the pupils. We used tortilla chips for the wings & ears. We cut out the beak & feet from a slice of cheddar cheese.
