Monday Inspiration 38/14

Jeg har en idé om, at det skyldes, at jeg om præcis en måned ankommer til New York. I dag har jeg i hvert fald fundet inspiration i verden uden for Danmark. Verden inspirerer!

Maybe it’s because I will arrive at Manhattan in exactly one month from now. Anyhow, today my inspiration is from the world outside of Denmark. Inspired by the world!

1. THE FEIFFERS NEW WEBSHOP

The Feiffers har slået dørene op til en lille, men eksklusiv webbutik med udvalgte kvalitetsprodukter fra kendte og mindre kendte navne. Universet er skabt ud fra især rejseinspiration og rummer sammen med deres egne borde små lækkerier fra rundt omkring i verden. Her hvor efteråret er over os, er jeg som altid opslugt af lækre tekstiler, og med Aiayu bliver det ikke meget bedre. Tjek webshoppen ud her.

The Feiffers has launced a small but exclusive web boutique with carefully chosen quality product from well-known as well as new names. Their universe is made of travel inspiration and consists of their own tables and small goodies from all over the world. 2. LOVE OF PARIS – PLAN DE TURGOT

Med kærlighed til Paris kunne man bestemt ønske sig at eje dette smukke porcelæn med motiv af antikke kort af udvalgte parisiske gader – i grå nuancer og med ægte guld! 3. LOTTA AGATON FOR HERMAN MILLER

Dem, der følger stylist Lotta Agaton på Instagram, ved allerede, at hun for efterhånden længe siden var en tur over atlanten for at lave en serie for amerikanske Herman Miller, der bl.a. producer Eames. Nu er der endelig et smukt resultat med billeder af Petra Bindel – og det og meget mere kan nydes på Lottas helt nye hjemmeside.

Those of you that are already following the interior stylist Lotta Agaton at Instagram knows, that she a while ago went to the states to do a photo shoot for Herman Miller, the American producer of Eames. The final result is ready with beautiful images by Petra Bindel – and you can enjoy them and many others at the new home page of Lotta Agaton.

4. STORAGE UNITS FROM FINNISH LUNDIA

Allan tog til Habitare Furniture Fair i Finland, mens jeg måtte nøjes med at se på billeder derfra, som han var så sød at sende til mig. Og der var bid! Nu har jeg en ny favorit til opbevaring, designet af Joanna Laajisto for Lundia. Kan næsten ikke komme mig over, hvor fin den er i sin enkelthed. Den er tilpasset papirstandardstørrelser og kommer i mint, grå og blå med naturfyr indvendigt.

Allan went to Finland to Habitare Furniture Fair, while I had to do with the images that he mailed me. And he did find something! Now a have a new favourite in the storage department, this storage unit designed by Joanna Laajisto for Lundia. I just love it in its simplicity. It is designed for paper standard sizes in mint, grey and blue with natural pine inside.

5. BLACK AND WHITE FOR C… BIIIP!

Jeg ved godt, at vi ikke taler om det endnu. Men det er svært for mig ikke at tænke på det ofte, da jeg i år for første gang skal være vært og mine forældre blot gæster. Og når nu jeg skal til New York, må jeg da lige se nærmere på den her hos Barneys. Sort og hvid til enhver årstid. Og jeg tror på træer i år!

I know. We do not speak of it yet. It is difficult for me though, because I’m going to host the thing this year with my parents just being guests. I have to take a closer look at this one in Barneys while I am in New York. Black and white for all seasons. And I believe in trees this year!

6. THE WORLD IS A BOOK

Og vi ender som så mange gange før i Sverige. Bolig og rejser er hvad mine penge skal gå til. Elsker citatet og farven og håber puden her bliver mit næste køb fra Svenskt Tenn.
