Week two went down hill fast. We ended up eating out way too many times. I didn’t have a loss, but at least I didn’t have a gain. I need to do better this week. I did get my new food, which I was very excited about. I am finding several foods that I really like. The spiced pancakes are soooo yummy. There are also some foods that I just can’t eat.
Weight loss this week: 0 pounds
Weight loss to date: -6 pounds
Weight left to lose: 69 pounds
Success: Feeling less bloated.
Set-Back: Went out to eat too much this week.
