Medifast Journey | Week #6

Hello all! I hope you are having a great week. I have felt very motivated by working out, but my eating still needs some help. Here is a picture before my workout yesterday. I did pilates and then 20/20/20 (which is 20 minutes cardio, 20 minutes weights, and 20 minutes of abs). My abs are sore today!

Since I am not seeing huge weight loss results I decided to take measurements. It has been one month since I took measurements and I was really surprised at the results. I plan to measure once a month and I will tell you the total inches lost since my first measurments.

Arms: -.5in.

Chest: -3in.

Waist: -1in.

Hips: -3.5in

Thighs: -.5in

Total: -8.5in

Week #6 Summary

Weight loss this week: -1 pounds

Weight loss to date: -12 pounds

Weight left to lose: 63 pounds

Success: Worked out three times last week.

Set-Back: Ate out too many times.

Exercise: Been doing Body Pump, Pilates, and 20/20/20.
