Sweet Roses – Water Decals

Just a quick post from me today. I am busy prepping for the exam but I really wanted to show you these cute decals I’ve been wearing for a few days :) Floral decals bought on ebay A little fickle to apply on curvy nails such as mine but once you get the hang of it, it gets easier. I had a hard time getting the edge around my cuticles nice, I blame the decals as they were rough on the edges. NOT proud of the cuticle edge, but they look okay from a distance I love everything floral these days so when I found these I knew I had to try them out. Those of you who follow me on Instagram might have noticed that I showed these a few days ago along with my matching wallet. Close-up of the decals. Arent they cute despite the flaws? I bought them on Ebay for 1$ or so, given the price they were really nice! I prefer water decals over sticky decals as these are often super thick and ends up sticking to everything at the tips after a few hours. These held one day before the tip started to show some wear, but if I had used a coat of white nail polish underneath you never would have known. I’d say they’re worth the price for a change every now and then – they’re certainly faster to apply than having to draw the roses myself!
