You are Enough: Speaking Words of Power

Today in class, one of my students challenged us to write words of encouragement on post it notes and share them all around our university campus.

All day I was pleasantly surprised as I happened upon one after another of these notes. It reminded me how important words are, of the weight they carry in our hearts and minds. It reminded me how transformative it can be to speak words of love, healing, courage, and power over ourselves and one another.

So here is my word to you today.

You are enough. Right now. As you are. You are worthy.
