Anastasia of Beverly Hills Dipbrow

I get a lot of questions about what I use for my eyebrows. For the past few months, I've been on the Anastasia of Beverly Hills Dipbrow train — it's the best to work with and has more staying power than any others I've used in the past.

Along with the Dipbrow, I use an angled brush, a wand, and a brow shaper. Normally, I will pluck or wax a few stray hairs and use the brow shaper in between those sessions. I wrote a post back in February about my beauty routine in which you can see what my natural brows look like: sparse and thin.

Once my brows managed, I begin to lightly apply the Dipbrow. I start by outlining my brow shape and then filling in by pulling the brush in the same direction that my hair grows. After I have filled in the brows, I use the wand to brush through and lighten them up a little. Sometimes I will use a powder brow filler over the Dipbrow, but not always.

The game changer for me was when I discovered I should then line the outside of my brows with a concealer. It really gives the brows a cleaner line and makes them pop.

Your best friend is going to be practice. Bold brows aren't for everyone, and the combination of shaping and filling with Dipbrow can give you a lot of control to achieve the type of brows you like!

I use Dipbrow in Chocolate from Sephora.
