Skincare brand Dermalogica have always been a favourite of mine because of their wide variety of products to keep your skin feeling wonderfully clean and clear of blemishes.
The brand have taken things one step further, launching the Pre-cleanse facial wipes this month, which are to be received as an alternative to a bottle cleanser product. There are some obvious advantages to having your cleanser in wipe form. The first thing that comes to mind is obviously the irritating liquid limitations on planes. Secondly, there's no water needed so you are free to cleanse on the go, if that is what you're in to.
The wipes are formulated with a heap of natural ingredients; there's a special blend of lightweight olive and apricot kernel based oil alongside fortified with kukui nut and borage seed. I'm told these ingredients are designed to remove surface debris, which they certainly do. The wipes easily get rid of waterproof mascara and eyeliner.
I have super sensitive skin that tends to react dramatically to any product changes I make. After using these for a few days, I did notice a few new blemishes sneakily cropping up but I stuck with the wipes and these soon cleared.
At £14.60 for 20 wipes, I think I will probably stick to Dermalogica's liquid PreCleanse but the facial wipes are certainly a travel/festival essential.
