If you haven’t yet heard of the Full Moon Fest, the 5,000 person mini-fest taking place August 8th on Governors Island, was modeled after the full moon beach parties of Southeast Asia, and as far as today’s over-commercialized, over-stimulating and taste-depleted massive circuit of festivals goes, Full Moon is in it’s own league— curated and organized to perfection.
