FOTD/OOTD

I like FOTD's. I like to see what people are actually using and what combinations they are putting together. Even though my FOTD's always look the same I still think it's worth giving a whirl if only to allow myself some serious pouting action :)

As you can see, I am still absolutely piling the stuff on. We are talking base and powder, as well as many other products. In theory I would think humid weather would make me want to wear less, but no...for sightseeing I seem to want it all on my face.

So here we have:

Face: Laura Mercier Silk Creme in Beige Ivory and Laura Mercier Mineral Powder
Cheeks: MAC Stark Naked (LE). This is a shop your stash kind of product. I distinctly remember the purchase of this - I was just so excited to have found a blusher similar to NARS Sin, but a whole lot prettier.
Eyes: NARS base, MAC Blonde's Gold pigment over the lid and NARS Fez around the outer third. NARS Coconut Grove smudged on upper lashline and L'oreal liquid liner. MUFE Mascara...so amazing!
Lips: Sleek Matte Me in Petal ( I really should have bought more of these...they are sensational) and Tom Ford Spanish Pink over the top (is this being discontinued by TF? That's the rumour apparently....)

Now for the outfit part we can look almost completely to Zara. I realised yesterday that Zara is slightly cheaper here - the price is cheaper than the Euro cost which means it is substantially cheaper than the Dirham price. This is a dangerous realisation and I have gone a bit mad! I mean, every Spring/Summer Zara ruins me, it just means that this year it's more than the usual amount!

I nicked the phrase "crazy pants" from my friend Laura. Even though the colour of these is quite muted they are definitely a statement pattern that draws a lot of attention. They are light and comfortable though - perfect sweaty season wear.

Blazer: Zara (old)
Top: Zara - I can't find this on the site but definitely in stores!
Crazy pants: Zara - Link!
Shoes: Christian Louboutin - Link!
Bag: Givenchy - Link!
Sunglasses: RayBan - Link!

I spent the whole day walking around, stopping for iced coffee and generally acting like a typical tourist with my camera out. I never really like to plan holidays like this much - I find guidebooks ruin all the fun - so wandering if my favourite way to explore :)

Right, I am off! Expect more Zara tomorrow? :)

Have a great Saturday!
