Maybelline Color Tattoo 24hr eyeshadow in 40 Permament Taupe

I've always wanted to try out Maybelline Color Tattoo 24hr gel-cream eyeshadows and after seeing some swatches of them I picked out 40 Permament Taupe. Every time I checked my local drugstores, it was always sold out. Finally two weeks ago I managed to get it (the last one!) :-)

It is a gorgeous very buildable taupe eyeshadow which you can apply using (like in my case) your fingers or with a brush. It is easy to blend, although it dries out very quickly. I've been wearing it every day since I got it and I love it! I am a makeup snob and I usually (always?) reach for high end products but this eyeshadow is great. It lasts 5 hours on itself and 13 hours (!) with my NARS eyeshadow primer. Once applied it doesn't crease. With NARS primer it starts fading away after 13 hours of wearing which is great (some of my high end eyeshadows don't stay on that long). It works great as a base for any other eyeshadows and as an eyeliner. I won't get other shades because I am picky and like only this one but I will definitely repurchase it.
