More than just a bake off with these beautiful ceramic dishes.....
I do enjoy cooking but when you cook every day, you sometimes need a bit of extra inspiration. I think that I have found some with these lovely ceramic pieces from Emile Henry at Occa Home.They are produced in a small town in Burgundy that first fired up the kilns in 1850. I am spoilt for choice with the beautiful colours and range of products. Dishes that can be placed under the grill for last minute browning, or brought straight from the freezer to be cooked in the oven. I could make a fruit pie knowing that I won't scratch the dish when serving or be adventurous and try cooking with a tagine! Which would be your favourite piece?
