Das Buchcover ist ein großes Stück naturfarbenes Papier, dass ich mit einem großen weichen Pinsel mit schwungvollen Strichen in einem dunklen blau bemalt habe und dann mit einem leuchtenden und etwas glitzrigem Orange schöne Kontraste gesetzt. Es sind vier Hefte mit unterschiedlichem Papier, die ich zu einem Buch zusammen gebunden habe.

Jedes Heft hat 16 Seiten, alle zusammen gebunden ergeben ein Buch mit 64 Seiten. Das Einlageblatt ist schwarz und erzeugt einen schönen Kontrast zum Buchdeckel. Da alles per Hand gefertigt wurde, sind die Buchdeckel mit Papieren bezogen, die im Muster leicht variieren. Auch die Heftkante kann an einigen Stellen etwas rau sein.

The book cover is hand painted with a large soft brush in a dark blue and as addition there are stripes and sprinkles in sparkling orange. I bound together four books with different paper.

book one: lightweight and natural, softly textured surface / book two: heavy weight, bright white and smooth surface / book three: middle weight , light apricot and smooth surface / book four: middle weight and natural, softly textured surface.

All four books contain 16 pages – all together make a book of 64 pages. The inlay-paper is black and makes a good contrast to the richly colored cover. Since all is made by hand you will have one of the five book covers above and the paper edges are sometimes a little rough cut.
