Typically, I like my looks simple, but this tiered dress was just screaming for something! I'm not usually a hat person, but when I saw this one in my local consignment store, I had to get it. It was made in Italy, it's the perfect shape and I love the color. This is definitely sure to be a fall staple. Some outfits just need that extra nudge, and this hat will be the perfect "topper" to so many looks to come.
