Glitter soles

One great thing about the holiday season is it's a perfect reason to try fancier outfits. I don't dress up much at all, so I've worn these shoes all but twice (last seen here) ever since I bought them last December. They're just too perfect to wear too often! But the Thanksgiving long weekend did offer up another glittery opportunity. This pencil skirt was a last minute addition. I must admit, I'm not really a fan of pencil skirts, they're too dressy for my every day job, and mostly too 'office worker' for anything else. This is actually the only one I own, the lace makes it much more party and much less work!

I'm pretty sad this short holiday is over, now it's back to 9-5, and back to the gym to work off all that Boston cream pie we ate over thanksgiving! Only 3 weeks til Christmas!
