Meal Plan {10/13 – 10/17}

I’m sharing my Weekly Meal Plan full of simple dinner recipes to get you through the week!

Happy Saturday!

It’s a dreary, rainy day today, which I honestly don’t mind. It’s a good day for catching up on laundry and baking!

On a day like today, tons of cozy food catches my eye, so making this week’s meal plan was easy. Don’t forget that you can print out a grocery list that is already filled out HERE or a blank meal plan/grocery list HERE.

Here’s what we are having this week:

Monday: Barbacoa Beef

I love simple crockpot meats like this, and my family always loves tacos! This is perfect for a busy Monday.

Tuesday: Baked Chicken Legs

I’ve made this recipe more times than I can count and they are incredibly good! Chicken legs are pretty inexpensive and a nice change of pace. I usually serve with Rice a Roni and a side veggie.

Wednesday: French Onion Stuffed Meatballs

I just about DIED when I saw this recipe on Pinterest. If it tastes half as good as it looks I think we’ll be good to go.

Thursday: Monterey Chicken

Chicken topped with barbeque, bacon and cheese? I’m thinking YES :) The whole family will love this one!

Friday: Sloppy Joe Tater Tot Casserole

This is a family favorite around here. Tater tots sloppy joe melted cheese. As you can see, we have super sophisticated palettes.
