Meal Plan {11/3 – 11/7}

I’m sharing easy and kid friendly dinner recipes to get you through the week!

Are any of you suffering from a candy hangover today? My kiddos slept until 8:30 am. I was shocked — but I certainly didn’t mind!! It’s a rare occasion when I get to lay in bed until 8.

My husband won’t be home for dinner much this week, so I’m cooking some lazy meals that Jon David and I enjoy. If anything isn’t for you, take a peek at my previous meal plans for more inspiration! And don’t forget to print out a grocery list or a meal plan!

Monday: Chicken Nacho Tacos

Jon David LOVES these nacho taco shells — so do my husband and I! I bought a case of them at Sam’s Club and this is a great recipe to use them in!

Tuesday: Dill Pickle Soup

I have never tried this soup, but it has piqued my curiosity. Jon David and I LOVE pickles! I figure if we don’t like it, my husband isn’t home so no biggie. Lucy will eat a banana and peanut butter and Jon David and I will just go make a sandwich :)

Wednesday: Swedish Meatballs

I have made this recipe MANY times and I love it! It makes a huge batch and I always freeze about 2/3 of them…they freeze beautifully. I make a sauce from brown gravy (I just use a mix) and some sour cream.

Thursday: Homemade Hamburger Helper

Hamburger Helper is one of my guilty pleasure meals, but my husband won’t eat it. So I’m having it this week!

Friday: Buffalo Chicken French Bread Pizza

I love Buffalo wings and I love French bread pizza, so this is an all-around win for me!
