Illamasqua Peaked Velvet Blusher | A dusky, creamy rose for your cheeks!

Illamasqua Peaked Velvet Blusher ($26 CAN) What is a “velvet blusher” – I don’t know a creamy, smooth blush, maybe? It is technically supposed to be a powder/cream hybrid, but I find it to be mostly a luscious cream blush with a not so dewy finish.
