1 cup of frozen mango
Half a frozen banana
Dash of cinnamon
Place all of the above in a food processor or blender and add a little milk* at a time
while blending for thick creamy texture. Stop and stir around if need.
*Coconut milk or Almond milk
Top with your fave nut, dark chocolate chips, or fresh fruit …..I like walnuts(:
