Nails, OOTDs and the Best Ugly Bagels...

A few Mondays ago we both didn’t start Uni until one, so decided to spend the morning using our flossie.com vouchers. We had vouchers for a manicure at Equipoise in Herne Bay, so made the trip across town via a bus that was (shockingly) so efficient that we arrived early. So we stopped in at a nearby café for coffee and diary meeting pre-manicure.
Once at the salon we then had the hard job of choosing a nail polish colour. In the end Ellen chose a pretty pastel purple and Tara went with white. We then made our way back to our Universities via some of our fav Ponsonby shops ( <3 Askew), and stopped for a snack at the delicious Best Ugly bagels.

It was a lovely way to start a day of lectures, we spent the afternoon admiring our nails while typing and writing notes. They stayed this perfect (i.e chip free) for a whole 10 days! However at the point we tried taking them off we finally saw a downside to them; it's incredibly difficult! We managed to peel them off eventually (along with some layers of nail), maybe we will stick to a classic manicure next time.
