NFL Style Lounge
I am my father’s daughter through and through, but especially when it comes to football. The first day of the NFL regular season always tends to overlap with NYFW, and I don’t think I have to tell you which I’m more interested in…
SO when I had the chance to get a first-hand look at the new NFL Style Lounge–something that combines the sport and fashion (my kind of white tent), I jumped on it.
The Style Lounge is a pop-up retail boutique created to celebrate the personal style of all—in this case—PATRIOTS(!) fans fashionistas. This was not your average apparel stand with the same old jerseys and tees your guys wear, but instead seriously cute, wearable pieces that can easily be styled into everyday looks– not just game-day garb.

Cozy is the new fitted… tee. Add a navy blazer red jeans and you’re golden.
I also had the chance to chat with the fabulous Phillip Bloch–celebrity stylist and the NFL’s creative fashion director (also cutest human ever)–who styled a number of the players’ wives for the event, including Biana Wilfork, Patriots Style Lounge spokeswoman.

This is the third year of the NFL Style Lounge but the FIRST time New England got to host one, so I was especially excited to be there. Missed it at Gillette? You can still shop the collection online.
