Mipiaci Green Barley Powder is The organic barley grass powder uses the viridis powder which comes from the barley tender leaf. The young barley plant contains rich and balanced nutrition elements, such as plant proteins, chlorophyll, prandial fibre and other minerals. Furthermore, it’s also composed of biological active substances such as Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) which has active effects on enhancing immunity, anti-aging, anti-fatigue and promoting microcirculation. Organic barley grass powder is very popular in Japan. Drinking this product has already been a daily regimen for the young and old Japanese.
DRINKING METHOD:
Pour the contents of one sachet into one glass of cold water（below 40°C）. Stir well. Add more or less water according to desired taste. Drink at least one sachet per day.
1. After pouring the powder into the drinking glass , you must stir to even the mixture before drinking.
2. After mixing this product evenly , it should be taken at once and must not staytoo long before drinking.
3. This product must be mixed into the water or any liquidwhich has a temperature of below 40°C.It must not be put into the hot water directly, so as not to destroy the nutrient components.
4. Please don't pour the powder into the mouth directly, so as to avoid choking.
5. Store in a cool and dry place, with temperature not exceeding30∘C.

Review
I will not sugarcoat my review and say that this product tastes fabulous because it is made from concentrated fresh barley (grass) after all so I already knew what to expect. It tastes just like wheatgrass so mixing this with cold (not freezing) water and gulping it down pretty much does the trick for me. The taste reminded me of a highly concentrated matcha green tea so I decided to experiment and added milk and artificial sweetener in the mix and voila! It tastes awesome! If you’re a fan of milky matcha green tea drinks then it tastes just like that! Hahaha! I am a genius! (minus points for the sweetener so you can use honey or something healthier) ;)
I went through an initial period of purging/detox after my first sachet which is expected if you take any product containing concentrated amounts of Chlorophyll. FYI barley chlorophyll effectively eliminates the harm of chemical antiseptics in food and body waste. It also has the functions of decreasing body inflammation, detoxifying, deodorizing and elimination of body waste. The abundant content of minerals and alkaline substances in barley chlorophyll may help to accommodate the balance of acid and alkali in human bodies.
I do not have a constipation problem but this product had me going on frequent trips to the bathroom for most of the day so a good advice would be to start taking this during the weekend or when you don’t have any plans of going out or else you might find yourself needing to relieve your bowels at some gross public restroom when you’re out and about! :p
