The Early Bird: Madewell x Sézane is The Tomboy Chic Collection of Your Dreams

There’s a truth accepted by just about everyone that falls under the umbrella of the fashion world, and that is that French style will always be supremely chic. It’s minimalistic yet glamorous, tomboyish yet undeniably feminine. We’ve long worshipped the altar of Caroline de Maigret, Carla Bruni, and Garance Dore, and all for good reason: these ladies know how to look good, without looking garish.

The key to emulating the French style of dress is by pairing cozy, classic pieces with immaculate tailoring. Boxy fits and oversized pieces work for the aesthetic, but it’s important to always know how to dress for your body. That’s where Sézane comes in.
