The Doubletree has the rooms under each one of you who chose to stay there.
On Friday night, Dave and I are hosting a dinner at our home. We will fetch you from the DOUBLETREE at 630-645pm.
Upon check-in, give the hotel your name. The rooming bill will be due upon check-out. You are paying the hotel directly for your room expenses (nights, restaurants, etc...)

The Doubletreee told me that the hotel has a shuttle every hour from the NORTH BERKELEY BART Station!
On Saturday (October 18) we will get together in the conference room at: 915am

Sunday night, we will be glad to have you come to our home and we can do what traditionally we have done, order Chinese food!
