Q&A with Chelsea:

What’s your go-to activity to get out of writer’s block?
One of my favorite things to do when inspiration is lacking is to pick up a book I’m familiar with. It’s like having coffee with an old friend who reminds me why I want to write. Once I can remember the why, the what doesn’t seem as unattainable.

If you had an extra room in your house, what would you use it for?
I’d want a library where all the walls were covered from floor to ceiling with bookshelves, and I’d want ladders with wheels so I could reach all the books. I’m pretty sure this is the dream of every girl who has ever seen Beauty and the Beast.

What book are you currently reading?
I just started We Were Liars by E. Lockhart.

If you were a given a gift card to any restaurant, where would you want to eat?
PF Chang’s! It’s my favorite.

What was the best birthday present you ever received?
My parents got me a membership to My Book Therapy for my 21st birthday, which I call the gift that keeps on giving because there’s a session every Monday and Thursday. It’s like getting a birthday present twice a week all year long!
