INSPIRATION BOOK

AMFI. Finally, a post about my schoolwork. First of all, time flies! Really, it goes so extremely fast. Monday I already have to hand in my second project and I still got thousands of things to do. But, I loveeee it! I love AMFI and I really have the feeling that I made the right choice. I haven't had any doubts so far. It's working hard and in the end, day and night. For me, the biggest difference with high school is the fact that I have to be creative and really make things instead of learning from books. Most of the time the creative part takes more time than I originally think. The aim of the Inspiration Book is to open your eyes for the world around you and to get inspiration from all kind of different sources, except internet. So we had to visit museum, buy and read magazines (Vogue and Elle were forbidden) and visit stores. Then we had to collect images, I had a workbook, with more than 200 images, and make themes out of them. Besides this 25% of the book had to be of your own. This could be drawings or photographs. I chose for photographs, because I'm such a bad drawer. We also had drawing lessons at school and I'm just a big disaster, so I'm happy that we don't have that anymore, haha. I passed this book with a seven and of course I'm happy with that. I wanted to keep my lay-out clean and I think I succeeded in that. These are just some pictures to give you an indication how my book looked like. In total in contained 50 images and 15 text, so you should see the complete book to get the feeling. LOTS OF LOVE, LISANNE
