It's been our encounter that most entrepreneurs think the "guy down the street" is somehow having no problems operating their company. The reality is that all company are inhibited with trying to get over company problems. The distinction between those who battle with these problems and those entrepreneurs that don't is that those who battle often let their company problems develop up and never cope with them.

So, what are the main problems that you can get in little business?

- Not enough sales

- Not enough cash

- Trouble handling employees

- Not understanding what to do next or what route to go in

The record of problems in company can seem limitless, but it's not that the record is endless; it's that we too often allow our company problems to collection up and only really recognize their everyday living when they are at disaster factor and often we never really cope with them and they therefore keep returning. So the key is to prioritise and cope with these difficulties as they come along.

Let's take the company issue of not having enough revenue. The issue with not having enough revenue is that in our encounter it never "just happens overnight". Deficiency of revenue in a company is almost always a constant growth that has not been addressed over a while and usually the proprietor has put the decrease in revenue to periodic problems or market causes. While both can be real, the owners' summary is often not depending on any information it's often depending on some gut-feeling.

Similarly, not having enough money in your company is usually a manifestation of not handling your costs or not having a procedure in place to control clients who owe you money, and is usually only came upon when the banking consideration is vacant.

The key to conquering company problems is to start by recognizing their everyday living in your company. Not to do so only extends enough time where they come to disaster factor and are usually very challenging to cope with then. As a entrepreneur if you were to do nothing else but experience these problems as they occur then you will have made a considerable leap ahead with your company.
