Style: Sol Mate

When searching for sunglasses, finding your perfect match can be daunting. When I look for my season’s sunnies I consider what my styling mood has been. Have I been leaning towards classic or out of the box eclectic? Because as with everything in life there is something for everyone. Here are my picks for every sensibility:

Classic: Ray-Ban Wayfarer in Black $180. This Ray Ban staple has been a signature style of the company’s since 1956. The Wayfarer has endured the last half century for a reason, the silhouette is understated enough to compliment anything from jeans and a white T to a breezy summer LBD.

Eclectic: Oliver Peoples Jacey in Faded Fig $290. Oliver Peoples has always been heralded for it’s vintage inspired styles. The Jacey hints at 1970′s glamour, and in fig it’s the perfect pairing for your favorite boho dress or high waisted denim.

Bold: Pixie Market Lorde in Black $16. If you’re in the mood for a bit of edge, and want a statement accessory Pixie Market’s Lorde is the perfect choice. The angular shape and metal detailing make it striking. Punch up black leather shorts or a neutral colored pencil skirt with matching crop top with these.
