Scotland Moments: Rosslyn Chapel

Our first stop in Scotland, besides getting our rental car, was the Rosslyn Chapel. It was definitely the perfect first place to sightsee. That first moment of turning the corner and seeing the chapel was pretty exciting. It wasn't a very large structure, but goodness was it magnificent. My husband was actually the one that heard about it and added it to our list of places to explore. It's a pretty popular tourist spot because it was in the Davinci Code movie I believe. I've never seen the movie, but during the tour time, they explained some of the spots used for the movie. It was an incredibly beautiful place with a HEAP of history.

At this point of the trip, we were all insanely jet lagged most of having not slept a wink during our evening flight over. So that day was somewhat a blur. But fun nonetheless! I didn't take too many family pictures or people shots because everyone (myself included) seemed to run from the camera. I would assume because of our droopy eyes and overall sluggishishness. Bahaha!
