An Autumn Playlist

Does anyone else have certain styles of music for the seasons? I know I do! I'm all about my loud, rambunctious, angsty punk in the summertime. Spring is all about melodic, sing along tunes. You know, for the first day of spring where you roll down your windows, blast your music and feel the first hint of warmth in the air? Winter is the least musical time of the year for me. At least what I do listen to directly reflects my mood which is usually pretty gloomy. I really don't enjoy winter time besides the holidays and so my music choice are generally tragically beautiful pieces set to piano or an acoustic guitar. But for fall, my music of choice is a lot more varied. I listen to a lot of everything but I gravitate towards a more folksy side. Spring and summer are fast paced for me and fall slows me down leading into ultra-slow choices for the winter. Does that make sense? Kind of weird how much the seasons affect our behavior and mood.
