Bye Bye Summer

As any of you other mothers out there (or students) are aware of, summer is nearing its end. Sigh. It’s always a little sad… we really enjoyed our break, mostly going outside but plenty of taking it easy inside too, reading and playing make-believe. We made great use of our local library and have brought tons of books home with us, as many as I can carry on our walk home. I took these photos of my two little enjoying some of their recent finds in-between my chores and cleaning… because yes, our break allowed me to catch up on some of that too!
