Two looks, new Ruco Line boots
You aren't seeing double today ! I have actually decided to double myself for this outfit, by changing one piece of clothing only, it's a thing I often do when I know I am going to spend the whole day out of home, and it happens more often in this transitional time of the year, when the air can be warmer in the middle of the day and then, suddendly, it can turn very fresh. Two looks with the same pair of boots: at my feet I had my brand new Ruco Line "Ariel" boots for Spring/Summer 2014, this is a model I already have in a "heavier" grey suede for winter, and I couldn't help wanting a pair for Springtime. They can be perfect everyday, really, and I am a great fan of them !.
Non state vedendo doppio oggi ! Ho deciso di "raddoppiarmi" per questo outfit, cambiando solo un capo d'abbigliamento, è una cosa che faccio spesso quando so che trascorrerò gran parte della giornata fuori casa e a maggior ragione in periodi di transizione, quando l'aria sembra essersi scaldata nel mezzo della giornata ma, all'improvviso, torna ad essere fredda. Due look con lo stesso paio di scarpe: ai piedi avevo i miei nuovi stivaletti Ruco Line "Ariel" della collezione Primavera/Estate 2014, un modello che adoro e che avevo già in versione più pesante, in camoscio grigio, per l'inverno, non potevo evitare di volerne un paio primaverile, sono scarpe perfette per tutti i giorni e io ne sono una grande fan !.
In the morning, I opted for an aztec print cardigan, the brand is Softy, bought in a little shop in my town. I love the mixture of orange and gold on a black background. This look is very simple and comfortable, I have to say I really feel "free" when I am dressed this way, and with my new boots I was able to run errands very quickly !.
Per la mattina, ho optato per un cardigan a stampa azteca, adoro il mix di arancio e oro sullo sfondo nero, il brand è Softy, comprato in un negozietto della mia città. E' un look molto semplice e comodo, mi sento davvero "libera" così vestita e con i miei stivaletti nuovi sono stata in grado di sbrigare tutte le mie commissioni in velocità !.
These boots are a more feminine option of biker boots, they are flat but not completely so you don't feel the ground too much when you walk, and the details are lovely, we have a few silver studs and the "R" of Ruco Line impressed on the back. Ariel boots are slip on, with no zipper, and are perfect with skinny jeans, as you can fit your jeans inside them without having it to look clogged inside. Here I was wearing my Replay jeans, skinny and with mide rise waist.
Questi stivaletti sono una alternativa più femminile dei biker boots, senza tacco ma non completamente piatti grazie alla suola spessa, così il piede è abbastanza isolato dal terreno, ed i dettagli sono adorabili, come la fila di borchie silver e la "R" di Ruco Line impressa sul retro. Questi stivali sono perfetti con i jeans skinny, sono senza zip e l'apertura superiore è abbastanza ampia da poter comodamente portare i pantaloni dentro senza sentirsi ingolfate. In questo caso indossavo un paio di jeans skinny Replay, a vita media, uno dei miei pantaloni preferiti.
My Ariel boots look great with my Balenciaga work bag...they are both black and both of them are made of exquisitely soft and supple leather. Actually, Ariel boots also come in light brown and sand colors, other gorgeous options, I'd like to have them all !. This is the kind of outfit I'd wear to travel...I need a vacation so much I am keep day dreaming about it !.
I miei stivaletti Ariel stanno benissimo con la borsa nera Balenciaga...sono entrambi neri e in entrambi la pelle è morbidissima e di grande qualità. Queste scarpe vengono prodotte anche nei colori nocciola e sabbia, altrettanto belli e comodi !. Questo sarebbe un look molto adatto ad una partenza, ho una tale voglia di vacanza che ormai la sogno ad occhi aperti !.
When the air got fresher, later in the day, I took my cardigan off and went for my pale pink Zara coat. The clean and simple cut of this coat makes also the boots look less casual. Personally, I adore the mixture of pale pink and black, it looks very chic !. Moreover, with Spring I am a bit tired of wearing all black, and a bit of pink can add a touch of Spring mood to my looks.
Quando l'aria si è rinfrescata, ho potuto togliere il cardigan ed indossare il mio cappotto rosa pallido Zara, dal taglio maschile. La linea semplice e il design pulito del cappotto rende meno casual anche gli stivaletti. Personalmente, adoro il mix di rosa chiaro e nero, lo trovo molto chic. Oltretutto, con l'arrivo della Primavera ho voglia di evitare il total black e un tocco di rosa pallido può dare una ventata di freschezza al l'intero look.
In both the looks, I was wearing a statement necklace and pink lipstick and nail polish, as well as a few rings. It's basically the same look with a different outerwear piece, but you see the mood is totally different: with the cardigan the outfit is more "rock" and rebel, with the coat the whole look seems more classic and "adult". This is also possible thanks to the versatility of my Ruco Line boots. What kind of look you prefer ? Did it also happen to you to bring an extra jacket in your car in case the weather changes ?. I admit sometimes I bring extra shoes in case my feet hurt, but it wasn't the case with my Ariel boots, the whole day in their company was pure bliss !.
In entrambi i look indossavo una statement necklace e rossetto e smalto rosa, con qualche anello. E' sostanzialmente lo stesso look, ad eccezione del capo spalla, ma come potete vedere il mood di entrambi è completamente diverso: con il cardigan azteco l'outfit è più "rock" e ribelle, mentre con il cappottino l'intero look diventa più classico e "adulto". Il tutto, grazie anche alla versatilità di questi stivaletti Ruco Line.
Voi che tipo di look preferite ? Vi è mai successo di portare una giacca extra in macchina per cambiarvi ?. Ammetto a volte di essermi portata dietro anche un paio di scarpe di ricambio in caso i piedi mi facessero male, ma non ce n'è stato bisogno con i miei Ariel boots, l'intera giornata in loro compagnia è stata davvero piacevole !.
