Fuchsia indian embroidered top

The most feared moment of summer is here: the end of holidays. Anyway, there is always something positive in coming back home, and I think we need to go somewhere else sometimes, also to feel the need of coming back home, to our routine, at some point. For a fashion blogger, the end of holidays also means having a lot of pics that aren't just memories of the lovely days spent, but also...outfit posts material !. This look sported in Ravello is very colorful, with an indian embroidered style Preeti S. Kapoor top and fuchsia accessories, such as my Ecua-Andino panama hat and my Little Ukita Marc by Marc Jacobs bag. Could you say I like fuchsia, maybe ? LOL
Il momento più temuto dell'estate è arrivato: la fine delle vacanze. Comunque, c'è sempre un lato positivo nel tornare a casa, dopotutto parte del bello nell'andare via è anche sentire, ad un certo punto, il bisogno di tornare a casa ed alle proprie abitudini. Per una fashion blogger, la fine delle vacanze significa anche avere tante foto che non sono solamente ricordi delle belle giornate trascorse, ma anche...outfit da mostrarvi in vari post !. Questo look sfoggiato a Ravello è coloratissimo, con un top indiano ricamato Preeti S. Kapoor ed accessori fucsia: il mio panama Ecua-Andino e la Little Ukita Marc by Marc Jacobs. Qualcuno di voi sospetterà che mi piaccia il fucsia, forse ? LOL

I bought this lovely top at Unica Shop in Sorrento during my Easter holidays, waiting for summer to wear it. I fell in love with the colors and exquisite embroidery, and I thought it would be perfect to wear in Ravello, with a pair of skinny jeans and flat shoes. This blouse is from indian designer Preeti S. Kapoor, a brand selling both traditional and western wear. I am really attracted from ethnic colors and embroideries, especially if worn with jeans and more "casual" wear. This color puts me in a good mood, and I decided to go for it for my entire look...after all, summer is the best season to have a blast with bold and eye catching colors !. In the pic above, I am in Ravello's main square, trust me, you could see me from far, LOL.
Avevo comprato questo top da Unica Shop a Sorrento nelle vacanze di Pasqua, in attesa di poterlo indossare in estate. Me ne ero innamorata subito per i colori vivaci e lo splendido ricamo, ed ho pensato che Ravello fosse il posto giusto per indossarlo, con un paio di jeans skinny e scarpe "flat". Il top è della designer indiana Preeti S. Kapoor, un brand che spazia sia nell'abbigliamento tradizionale che in quello più "occidentale". Io sono molto attratta dai colori e dai ricami di tipo etnico, specialmente in abbinamento a capi che sdrammatizzino il tutto come i jeans. Questo colore ha il potere di mettermi di buon umore, ed ho deciso di insistere con il fucsia per l'intero look...dopotutto, l'estate è la stagione migliore per osare con colori forti e vistosi !. Nella foto sopra sono nella piazza principale di Ravello, dove di sicuro non rischiavo di passare inosservata, LOL.

My lovely Panama hat from Ecua-Andino came with me on holidays...actually, I had also other Ecua-Andino hats with me, I love them so much ! I love this one, it's really bright and is also perfect to protect my hair from humidity and heat. After all, my love for Ecua-Andino started in this region, when I first bought a hat in a little shop and was amazed by its quality and beautiful design !. My bag of choice was the lovely Little Ukita, from Marc by Marc Jacobs. I added fuchsia lipstick and nail polish.
Il mio adorabile cappello Panama Ecua-Andino mi ha seguita nelle vacanze...a dire il vero, non solo quello fucsia, ho portato con me anche altri cappelli, che amo indossare ! Questo ha un colore molto vivace ed è un accessorio perfetto per proteggere i capelli da umidità e calore. Dopotutto, il mio amore per Ecua-Andino è iniziato proprio in questa regione, quando ho comprato per la prima volta un cappello di questo brand in un negozietto, stupita della sua qualità e del suo design accurato !. La borsa prescelta è stata la Little Ukita Marc by Marc Jacobs. Anche il mio rossetto e smalto erano dello stesso colore della borsa.

I decided to wear my Roberto Botticelli python slip-on shoes, so comfortable and suitable for Ravello stairs and bumpy roads. You saw them already in a previous look, but it's the first time you see my new Roberto Cavalli sunglasses, a new pair in my ever growing collection :)
Ho deciso di calzare le slip-on pitonate Roberto Botticelli, comodissime e molto adatte alle scale ed alle salite tipiche di Ravello. Le avevate già viste in un look precedente, invece è la prima volta che vedete i miei occhiali da sole Roberto Cavalli, un paio nuovo della mia collezione sempre in crescita :)

My funny husband took a pic of me trying to take a selfie pic to send to a friend...I didn't know he was taking this photo but I thought I'd show you cause it came out pretty funny :-) Are you good at taking selfies ? I wish I was better, most of the times I am not really satisfied with the outcome, all I know is that selfies are better when we are having fun. Well, going back to work is no fun, but I wish you all a wonderful start of September !.
Il mio simpaticissimo marito ha scattato una foto di me che cerco di scattarmi un selfie da mandare ad un'amica...non sapevo stesse scattando, ho visto il risultato solo dopo, ma ho pensato di condividere la foto con voi perché ho un'espressione buffa :-) Siete bravi a scattarvi dei selfie ? Io vorrei essere più brava, diciamo che ogni tanto faccio pratica, comunque le foto migliori vengono sicuramente quando ci si sta divertendo. Rientrare al lavoro non è la cosa più divertente, ed in proposito auguro a tutti voi uno splendido inizio di settembre per domani...!.
