Mañana Mañana
Mañana, tomorrow in spanish. Repeated twice, is an invitation to take things a little bit slowly, with no stress or anxiety. This is my interpretation of the writing on my Blackfive t-shirt, in this holiday outfit. In these pics I am in Sorrento, in the picturesque fishing village of Marina Grande, a place I love very much. My look is what I call a "happy" look, with a short circle skirt featuring a fun parrots print, my beloved red Givenchy Pandora, black and white lace slingbacks and the perfect necklace from Vitti Ferria Contin.
Mañana, domani in spagnolo. Ripetuta per due volte, questa parola è un invito a prendere le cose come vengono, senza stress o ansia. Questa è la mia interpretazione della scritta sulla mia t-shirt Blackfive in questo outfit estivo e vacanziero. Nelle foto sono a Sorrento, nel pittoresco villaggio di pescatori di Marina Grande, un luogo che amo molto. Il mio look è del tipo che mi piace definire "felice", con una gonna corta a ruota a stampa di pappagalli, la mia adorata Pandora rossa Givenchy, scarpe in pizzo bianche e nere e la collana perfetta di Vitti Ferria Contin.
You will find so many white t-shirts in my closet, I can't even count them ! I never get tired of wearing them and I prefer them with a fun quote. This is once again something I got from Blackfive website, love the quality of the fabric and I am always amazed at how fast the delivery of their parcel is !. A white t-shirt is so versatile, you can wear it in and outside your skirt or pants, and it goes well with almost any kind of look. The statement necklace is a tasteful piece of jewelry from the lovely Vitti Ferria Contin, this is taking the statement necklace trend to a next level because these necklaces are true pieces of art and they do dress up a simple white t-shirt like no other !.
Troverete tantissime t-shirt bianche nel mio armadio, non riesco neanche più a contarle ! Non mi stanco mai di indossarle e se hanno anche una scritta divertente, ancora meglio. Questo capo è, ancora una volta, un acquisto di cui sono soddisfatta fatto da Blackfive, adoro la qualità del tessuto e sono sempre stupita dalla velocità delle loro spedizioni !. Una tee bianca è super versatile, si può portare sia fuori che dentro la gonna o i pantaloni e va bene quasi con ogni tipo di look. La collana particolare è un bellissimo articolo della adorabile Vitti Ferria Contin, che porta le statement necklace ad un altro livello, si tratta di veri capolavori che riescono benissimo a "rivestire" anche una semplice t-shirt bianca, impareggiabili !.
This skirt caught my attention straight away, because of the shape - I love circle skirts - the color and the print...I mean, who doesn't need a parrot printed skirt in her life ?! :-) The red Pandora bag was the perfect choice for this look, red like the skirt and also a perfect size to stroll at the Marina, not too large and with a crossbody strap...the more I wear the Pandora bag, the more I fall in love with it and I think I also managed to obsess a few of you that confessed this to me by e-mail ;-)
La gonna ha attirato da subito la mia attenzione, sia per la forma - adoro le gonne a ruota - che per colore e stampa...dopotutto chi rinuncerebbe ad una gonna a stampa pappagalli ?! :-) La Pandora rossa è stata la borsa perfetta per questo look, rossa come la gonna e dalla misura giusta per un giro alla Marina, non troppo grande e con una comodissima tracolla...più la uso, più me ne innamoro e credo di aver trasmesso la mia ossessione ad alcune di voi, che mi hanno scritto email confessandomelo ;-)
This year I've been rocking lace slingback pumps a lot. I have these Nando Muzi shoes in more colors, this pair is in a classic black and white combo. I have already told you how I like these kind of shoes, so feminine...and I managed to walk properly on a not very friendly pavement, LOL !.
Quest'anno ho sfoggiato diverse scarpe modello "Chanel" (aperte sul tallone, o "slingbacks"). Queste di Nando Muzi sono presenti nella mia scarpiera in più colori, non poteva mancare un classico bianco e nero. Vi ho già detto diverse volte che adoro questo modello di scarpe, che trovo super femminile...e sono felice di essere riuscita a camminare bene su una pavimentazione non troppo amica dei tacchi a spillo, LOL !.
My dear hubby liked this outfit very much, I think especially because he prefers short skirts and lately I've been abusing the midi skirt trend ! Moreover, since I often criticize him for being a procrastinator at heart, I have to say he follows the "mañana mañana" philosophy even a bit too much !. What about you ? Do you take things slowly or are you the anxious type ? I confess I am quite anxious, that's why I am happy to have a tee that reminds me to take it easy, after all most of the things can be postponed to the day after ! ;-)
Il mio caro maritino ha gradito molto questo outfit, credo principalmente perché preferisce le gonna corte ed ultimamente ho abusato delle gonne midi ! Oltretutto, dato che spesso lo critico per essere troppo procrastinatore, devo dire che segue la filosfia del "mañana mañana" forse un po' troppo !. Cosa mi dite di voi ? Prendete le cose lentamente o siete tipi ansiosi ? Io confesso di essere abbastanza sull'ansioso andante, per questo mi serve una tee che mi ricordi di prendermela calma, dopotutto la maggior parte delle cose possono essere rimandate all'indomani ! ;-)
