Coachella Day 1

Day one started off with a pit stop at the NCLA office to get my nails Coachella ready then we were off to Palm Springs. We checked in our cute little Bnb and left to hit up the Soho House party which was held at the beautiful Merv Griffin Estate near Indio. It had a beautiful pool, tons of daybeds, an amazing view and a lake (no big deal). They had a platter of food brought to you and we happened to score a rad daybed that overlooked the pool/lake. After eating, a few cocktails, a photobooth session and an ice cream sandwich, we headed over to the Details Magazine party. It was pretty much the same as last year except last year NAS came out and I pretty much lost it. We kept it mellow and turned in early (for me) because Saturday was the big day on the party schedule. Like I’ve said before, the past few years I’ve boycotted the festival only because I don’t like that it’s mandatory to buy all three days, so I’ve stuck to hitting up the parties. They’re filled with dj’s, open bar, food, gifting suits, tons of activities and most of the time swimming (yes, please!).
