Weekly Photo Challenge: Let There Be Light

Hi, peeps! Long time no see! So many things have happened and I’m not even going to try catch up on them in one blog post but let me tell you, things are looking good for Thrifty Finn. To get my blogging mojo back on track, however, I decided to join this week’s Photo Challenge because you know how I like my photo challenges.

For this week’s theme ‘Let There Be Light’ I had plenty of pictures to choose from but in the end I settled for two pictures from my two favourite cities in the world:

This photo was taken in October in Paris. Me and my friend were touring an antique market, me oohing and aahing everything and my friend asking the vendors if it’s okay to take pics. For some weird reason my friend didn’t enjoy the outing that much

The second one is from my home town of Rovaniemi. Even though the bridge design itself is not very original, it looks beautiful in the middle of winter when it’s dark and the lights at the top shine very clearly.

Anyhoo, I’m keeping this short. If you are interested, other interpretations of the theme can be found HERE.
