Style: Autumn/ Winter Knitwear

V-neck sweater
There are so many choices when it comes to stylish knitwear that a gentleman has no excuse to look untidy when throwing on knitwear. Knitwear has come full circle in terms their design, fit and texture. They are even made from luxurious fabrics; I'm sure we all remember the sweaters we used to wear as kids that had the itchy, scratchy texture. Nowadays, you get them in cashmere, super fine wool and other natural fibres that make the wearing experience comfortable and pleasurable. What appeals to me the most is the fact that some of this knitwear can be dressy and casual. Dressy all the way with a neck-tie and casual all the way with a T-shirt. What's most important is that the styling options for all the knitwear below are endless and it's just a matter of taste. My favourites are the v-neck sweater, shawl collar cardigan, placket front sweater and the polo and roll neck. The images below were taken from Gant, except the last one.
