The Biggest Airplane In The World!

Max and I were so so lucky to be able to fly on the A380! It’s the biggest (transportation) airplane in the world.

We flew with Emirates and if you have never flown with Emirates before, go book your ticket now. On a two hour flight alcohol was complimentary and we were served a HUGE meal. Plus they have I think it said over 1200 entertainment options on their console and a lot of leg room.

This airplane has two full decks. The top floor is business class and then the very luxurious first class. And the lower floor is all economy. Max and I were again lucky to be able to sit in the very first row on the bottom floor where the leg room was abundant beyond words (see photos above).

When the flight landed the flight attendants were super kind to let us head upstairs and take a bunch of photos. First class has showers! Imagine how awesome it would feel to have a shower on a 16-hour flight around 2 hours before landing. Sigh.

The first class pods are also completely closeable. The seat turns into a flat bed and then the walls can slide shut.

My new goal is to end up on an Emirates first class flight on the A380 in the next five years.
