Oooh y’all, I am so excited about this event! 2 of my favorite local designers and friends Amanda deLeon and blackout by Ashlie Ming are having an exhibit/pop-up shop you will not want to miss! They will be presenting their 2013 Pre-Fall collections and hosting a pop-up shop at Twisted Fiction this Thursday, August 8th. I create clothing as an extension of my personal feelings and experiences. My collections often discuss belonging vs not belonging. My architectural background has helped develop the structural elements of my clothing. What most inspires me is music, and how it speaks to my soul and relates to my past, present and future.
