Born and raised in Hong Kong, Toskiko from It’s Not Her It’s Me is quite possibly the most adorable (and nice) blogger we have worked with. Toshiko moved to California when she was 12 and recently relocated to San Mateo in the San Francisco Bay Area. Toshiko has a Bachelors degree in Art Practice from UC Berkley, she now works as a full-time blogger and freelance wardrobe/visual stylist, photographer, and social media maven.
